Current Division staff include one part-time GP Executive Director, six full-time employees and three part-time | program staff. Their roles are many and varied and combine to support the NEVDGP taskgroup activities. The North East Victorian Division of General Practice seeks to support local GPs with a structure that facilitates networking, communication, professional development and health service delivery in order to provide better health | outcomes for their local communities.
The Division has representation on many local, regional, State and national organisations including; Rural Workforce Agency Victoria, Coordinated Unit for Rural Health Victoria, Rural Doctors Association of Victoria, Rural Doctors Association of Australia, Australian Association of Practice Managers, General Practice Divisions Victoria, RACGP, regional Primary Care Partnership developments as well as local hospital boards, self-help groups and | community organisations. |

Seventeen General Practices have been provided with locum relief involving 1304 sessions.
92% of GP members have received funding from the NEVDGP for various activities.
