The MindMatters Plus General Practice Initiative was a collaboration between ADGP's mental health program and the National Divisions Youth Alliance and is the general practice component of the MindMatters Plus Initiative.   To download an information sheet about this Initiative click here.

The general practice component sought to increase the capacity of demonstration schools, together with their local community, to provide support for students with high mental health needs.  In particular, it promoted referral pathways and networks of care for young people with high support needs in the area of mental health and well-being.  It also identify priorities for future national action in terms of school/community and primary care interface.
