This page is dedicated to AHPMC resources which can be easily accessed by Divisions of General Practice, other stakeholders and interested parties in order to provide a source of information in relation to the work of Divisions in AHPMC.  ADGP hopes to make available copies of the Final Reports from the Commonwealth's AHPMC seeding grants to highlight some of the innovative work being undertaken by Divisions and to promote and share as much of that information as possible.
