The Western Australian Centre for Remote and Rural Medicine (WACRRM) is a rural medical workforce agency, with responsibility for the attraction, recruitment, retention and support of doctors in remote and rural Western Australia. Its main funding sources are the Commonwealth Department of Health and Ageing and the Western Australian Department of Health.Annual Forum
WACRRM�s major stakeholders are the rural GPs. Others include: Rural Divisions of General Practice; Rural Doctors� Association of WA, State and Commonwealth governments, the University of WA, ACRRM, RACGP, AMA, medical students, rural GP trainees and rural and remote communities.
