Accommodation

Accommodation has been reserved for delegates at the hotels listed below. Special accommodation options are available for people with disabilities. Delegates requiring these facilities are encouraged to register early and indicate their requirements in the 'special requirements' section of the registration form. A deposit equal to one night's tariff must accompany registration forms. All delegates are responsible for paying the balance of their account when checking out of the hotel. Personal or company cheques will not be accepted unless prior arrangements have been made directly with the hotel concerned. Due to hotel requirements all bookings must be received by 28 September 2005.  After this date bookings cannot be guaranteed.

Accommodation Alterations or Cancellations

Alterations to or cancellation of hotel accommodation may be made via Conference Solutions until 28 September 2005. After that date, changes may not be possible. Please see below for individual hotel cancellation policies: Medina Grand - Cancellations made within 14 days prior to arrival will incur a penalty of the duration of intended stay. Parmelia Hilton - Cancellations made within 30 days prior to arrival will incur a penalty of one night's accommodation. Chifley on the Terrace - Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will incur a penalty of one night's accommodation. The New Esplanade Hotel - Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will incur a penalty of one night's accommodation. Rydges Perth - Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will incur a penalty of one night's accommodation. Emerald Hotel Perth - Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will incur a penalty of one night's accommodation. Mounts Bay Waters Apartment Hotel - Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will incur a penalty of one night's accommodation. Holiday Inn City Centre Perth - Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will incur a penalty of one night's accommodation. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will incur a cancellation fee of full payment of your intended stay. Pacific International Suites Perth - Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will incur a penalty of one night's accommodation. New accommodation bookings or changes to accommodation bookings made after 28 September 2005 will incur an extra $20 administration fee.

Travel Bookings

FCM, as the official travel provider for ADGP, is offering a special conference airfare with Qantas of up to 40% discount off full economy fares, excluding taxes. These fares are available to all delegates and accompanying persons travelling to and from Perth up to seven days either side of the Forum. Delegates are advised to book early to ensure the widest choice of flights. Date changes are permitted subject to availability. Airfares are fully refundable up to three days before travel commences, after which a 25% cancellation fee applies.
