Alterations to or cancellation of hotel accommodation may be made via Conference Solutions until 28 September 2005. After that date, changes may not be possible.

Medina Grand - Cancellations made within 14 days prior to arrival will incur a penalty of the duration of intended stay. Parmelia Hilton - Cancellations made within 30 days prior to arrival will incur a penalty of one night's accommodation. Chifley on the Terrace - Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will incur a penalty of one night's accommodation. The New Esplanade Hotel - Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will incur a penalty of one night's accommodation. Rydges Perth - Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will incur a penalty of one night's accommodation. Emerald Hotel Perth - Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will incur a penalty of one night's accommodation. Mounts Bay Waters Apartment Hotel - Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will incur a penalty of one night's accommodation. Holiday Inn City Centre Perth - Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will incur a penalty of one night's accommodation. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will incur a cancellation fee of full payment of your intended stay. Pacific International Suites Perth - Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will incur a penalty of one night's accommodation.
New accommodation bookings or changes to accommodation bookings made after 28 September 2005 will incur an extra $20 administration fee.
