Workforce Programs
GPPHCNT provides advice, and personal and professional support to GPs, practices and health services through every stage of a doctors employment in a rural or remote location of the NT. We offer comprehensive information and extensive orientation to assist GPs in taking up the unique challenges of working in rural and remote NT, including site visits to familiarise the GP with the practice and community.
GPPHCNT also offers a number of grants to attract and retain GPs in the Territory.
