Divisions Network Information Management Support Program
The Divisions Network Information Management Support Program will provide national coordination and support of information management for the divisions network.
ADGP has employed a Project Manager and will facilitate the employment through State Based Organisation of up to eleven Regional Health Information Management Officers to facilitate the Information Management Support Program.
Outcomes and Objectives of the Program
The objective of the Information Management Support Program is to build the divisions network�s capacity in the area of information management by employing officers with skills and experience in information management to support the Divisions of General Practice.
The key outputs of the Divisions Network Information Management Support Program include:

the employment of a Project Manager and up to eleven Regional Health Information Management Officers

a series of operational plans, progress reports and associated documents detailing the work to be undertaken

training programs and a range of training materials in information management for use by the divisions network.
The key outcome of the Divisions Network Information Management Support Program is improved information management practices in the divisions network, in particular in the quality of reporting of performance against National Performance Indicators for the National Quality and Performance System.

The following Regional Health Information Management Officers (RHIMOs) have been employed by the State Based Organisation in their respective state/territory.
