Division Capacity

To ensure Division capacity and growth through an active and engaged membership, quality corporate governance, including HMR and financial accounting systems, and the pursuit of additional business and funding opportunities.

Clinical and Practice Capacity

To achieve engagement of GPs and Practice Staff with the Division through the provision of quality education and training opportunities and activities designed to enhance practice business capacity.

Health System Capacity - Strategic Partnerships

To develop and maintain effective Strategic Partnerships at local, state and national level, to maximize the capacity of the Division to influence relevant health and service provision issues.

Health System Capacity - Population Health

To achieve improved health outcomes, within the primary health system and to promote and evaluate sustainable primary health care models.

Health System Capacity - Workforce

To enhance the capacity of quality, sustainable health care workforce in the region.
