| Vital Links State Forum is the peak annual primary health event in NSW. The forum attracts health service professionals from NSW, including GPs, Division of General Practice executives and staff, Area Health Service executives and staff, policy makers, academics, department staff, allied health professionals, and non-government health organisations.
For the first time proudly presented in collaboration with the 2005 Sydney General Practitioners Conference & Exhibition (GPCE).
The Vital Links Forum/GPCE Sydney is important to health professionals, Division staff, General Practitioners, policy makers, administrators and health interest groups involved in primary health care in the community. Participants will have access to the sessions provided by GPCE, including clinical seminars and workshops which will be running in parallel to the Forum.
The aims of the Vital Links Forum continue to be to review innovative models, focus on current best practice and programs in Primary Health Care and to provide an opportunity for information sharing and networking among participants. |
