Teaching skills for general practice
Want to learn more about teaching and learning in the general practice setting? Want to learn at a time and location convenient to you? Would you like more professional development points? Then log on and learn from the PriMeD GP Teaching Skills workshops developed in conjunction with The University of Sydney, Discipline of General Practice. These workshops were developed to particularly assist rural GP teachers who, because of practice commitments and the tyranny of distance, have difficulty accessing more traditional teacher training opportunities. There are four 1-hour workshops in the program, covering a variety of aspects of teaching in a General Practice setting. These workshops are available to all Australian and New Zealand doctors, as part of the Med-E-Serv PriMeD CPD Program, available online at www.PriMeD.com.au. The workshops are accredited for RACGP Group 1 points, ACCRM PDP points, and RACP MOPS points.
