Registration Details

Please download and complete the MMR Facilitator registration form and return to ADGP by fax on 02 6228 0899, post to PO Box 4308 Manuka ACT 2603 or email Geraldine Velez no later than 18 July 2003.

The following details should help you in your planning.

Travel

If you are travelling by air, please contact Sascha Moroney at Corporate Traveller to book your flight on Qantas by email sascha_moroney@corptraveller.com or on 1800 630 834 and quote the conference name (National MMR Conference).  You will need to pay for this fare and then claim reimbursement from the Guild.  Please refer to the Travel and Accommodation Policy.

Accommodation

Accommodation has been arranged at a reduced rate of $155 per room with the Hilton Melbourne Airport by again quoting the conference name.  The phone number is 03 8336 2027.  You are responsible for booking and paying for your own accommodation and then submitting a Reimbursement Claim Form with original tax invoice receipts to Mike Quaass at the Guild for reimbursement.

One night's accommodation has been approved for interstate and country Victoria delegates.  If anyone has requirements outside of this policy, refer to the Travel and Accommodation Policy.

Workshops

As each delegate will be able to attend all three workshops, delegates will be allocated to workshops randomly.  Exceptions due to travel arrangements or other reasons are possible and should be negotiated with conference staff upon registration.  A detailed program including session outlines will be made available via the MMRWeb and the ADGP website by the middle of July.
