World Cancer Day

World Cancer Day on 4 February is a reminder to think about the 15,500 cancer deaths each year that could be prevented. These deaths are due to a range of lifestyle behaviours such as smoking, inadequate fruit and vegetable consumption, physical inactivity, harmful sun exposure and being overweight or obese due to smoking, sun exposure, poor diet, alcohol, inadequate exercise or being overweight.
