Interactive Templates now available for Lifescripts

ADGP has developed electronic interactive templates for each of the Lifescripts risk factors (an assessment, prescription and guidelines are available for smoking, nutrition, alcohol, physical activity and weight management).  Templates are now available in the Lifescripts Resource Library on ADGPs Lifescripts website.  An instruction sheet is also available demonstrating how to download the templates and import them into the letter writer facility in Medical Director.

The electronic templates are based on the hard copy Lifescripts resources developed by the Lifescripts Consortium and published by the Australian Government Department of Health and Ageing.
