General Practice and the Mental Health Care System - Your Chance to Have a Say

The Human Rights and Equal Opportunity Commission (HREOC) and the Mental Health Council of Australia (MHCA) are holding Community Forums across Australia to investigate current consumer and carer experiences of mental health care.

A report will be produced at the conclusion of the consultations, including a focus on the mental health services in each state and territory. General practice input into this consultation is sought and welcomed.

Written submissions are welcomed and need to be forwarded by Thursday 30 September.
