MindMatters+ GP Initiative

From Frequently Asked Questions #1
What is MindMatters?

Q1 How is structural efficiency to be measured?

A1Useful Links Divisions will be able to complete a self-assessment checklist which will allow CEOs and boards to assess their capacity to function under the new arrangements.  This is being developed by the Structural Efficiency Working Group and will be provided to Divisions shortly.  All Divisions should assess their structural efficiency to ensure they are able to meet the requirements of the new NQPS.

Q2 What funding is available for Divisions to review postcodes and boundaries etc, in order to assess structural efficiency?

A2  Funding will be made available to Divisions on a case-by-case basis to assist them in building capacity through structural change.  This funding will vary depending on the extent and complexity of the changes being contemplated and the expertise required by the Divisions to fully explore the change options. Information and guidelines will be made available to Divisions shortly on how to access this funding.
