Program 1. Primary Health Care Program
The Primary Health Care (PHC) Program incorporates elements of integration, access, population health and chronic disease management, quality and prevention across a number of goals and outcomes.
Program 2. General Practice/Practitioner Advocacy and Support Services
The General Practice/Practitioner Advocacy and Support Services Program emphases are on professional development/skills acquisition for GPs, practice nurses and other practice staff, on practice and workforce support and on collaboration between general practice and other service providers
Program 3. Operational Environment, Management and Governance
The emphases of the Operational Environment, Management and Governance Program are on ensuring accountable, effective and ethical financial, human and physical resources management based on best practice and on a high standard of corporate governance, on ensuring consumer input into the Division and on ensuring an organisation that operates proactively and maximises opportunities for capacity building.
