• Central Highlands Primary Care Partnership - a collaborative alliance supporting improved coordination and access across the primary care sector.
• Community Consultation Strategy - promotes community input into program development and implementation.
• Continuing Professional Development - a structured program of education for local GPs, practice staff, allied health professionals, pharmacists, medical students and interns.
• GP Training - providing local support for the regional GP training program.
• GP Well Being - the development and implementation of programs supporting the health and well-being of GPs.
• Home Medicines Review - a collaborative approach to enhance the efficacy of medication and to reduce medication related issues.
• Hospital Admission Risk Program - working in collaboration with Ballarat Health Services to improve health outcomes for targeted patient groups.
• Immunisation - offers education and support to GPs and practice staff to improve immunisation rates.
• IM and Population Health Demonstration project - developing Division level capacity for Population Health data collection, analysis and application.
• Information Management systems - development of  IM strategies and systems which support a population health approach to general practice.
• IT Help Desk - provision of direct technical support service to GPs and practices to facilitate IM uptake.
• Mental Health - to support enhanced GP management of patients with mental health issues.
• National Prescribing Service - a QuM initiative supporting best practice prescribing.
• Practice Support - provision of information and practical assistance to support practice CQI.
• Practice Support networks - a structured program of professional networking and development for practice managers and practice nurses.
• Workforce and Locum support - providing workforce and locum solutions for GPs and practices.
