Mental Health Policy Statement - Primary Mental Health Care in Australia: The Next Ten Years
. The ADGP policy platform reflects changes requested by the Board at the face-to-face meeting on 23 March and is intended as ADGP's response to the government's consultation paper. Copies of both are attached for Board members along with a
copy of the letter Aged Care GP Panels Initiative
that accompanied them. Divisions have been asked for a response by Monday 28 April. A revised policy platform will be provided for Board consideration and endorsement in the 29 April Board Update. This will inform ADGP priorities and policy stance at the National Mental Health Summit on 2 May. This is the only national consultation forum where national bodies can have input to the policy and plan.
