Full Funding Submissions
The following information is available to short-listed Divisions to assist with the completion of a full submission for funding. These submissions will then undergo a competitive assessment process. It is expected that Divisions will be notified of the outcome by 12 September 2003.

Submission Guidelines
You will note that the questions remain the same as for the EOI process, but there is allowance for additional text of up to one A4 page per question, using 12 point font.
In developing your full submission, please remember to keep the stated criteria in mind. The Assessment Panel would like to recommend that you pay attention to the following areas:
- Cultural competence - greater detail on how the applicant will deal with cultural needs inherent in the delivery of a project;
- Governance - how will the project be governed on an area-wide basis, include a brief rationale of structure and composition;
- Sustainability - well thought through strategies and identification of risks and contingencies;
- Evidence of patient/carer engagement - clarity about structures or mechanisms to ensure engagement; and
- Supporting documentation and/or details of project partners - evidenced by letters, emails etc. from project partners.
With respect to Question 7 (budgets and timelines), the Assessment Panel requires a full budget breakdown and, where possible, identified milestones and timeframes. The Program allows a maximum of $500,000 per project. Any budget bid above this amount will require strong justification.
Submissions are due the close of business Wednesday 30th July 2003 (by 5pm local time).
If you have any queries regarding the process, please contact Mr Ian Hatton on 0428 280 671.
