Leisure Programs
The benefits of exercise are well documented. Remaining or getting mobile and active will benefit a host of conditions and assist in the prevention of others. Keeping your body mobile as you age will assist in lowering blood pressure, improving cholesterol, assist in preventing brittle bones, improve flexibility and maintain muscle tone - assisting in the prevention of falls, have positive effects on the nervous and digestive systems as well as improving your sense of wellbeing.
