| The 3rd Annual NSW Primary Health Care Research and Evaluation Conference Carlton Crest Hotel Sydney 01 � 02 December 2005 This conference is open to GPs, Divisional staff, community and allied health professionals, Aboriginal health workers, students, academics and consumers, and anyone interested in research in primary health care.
