The following activities have been undertaken in the ongoing development of the business case for the ERM project.

	Ongoing engagement of lead GPs in participating Divisions.
	Initial data analysis of PBS data in participating Divisions.
	Dialogue with the Health Insurance Commission (HIC) regarding availability and costs of regular prescriber feedback data to support the project.
	Meetings with the Department of Health and Ageing (DoHA) to keep them informed as the project develops.
	A regular schedule of face to face meetings and teleconferences to advance the project among the participating organisations.
