The Diversity in Health Conference 2008 will bring together leaders in diversity health practices across Australia and internationally and provide an opportunity to engage in dialogue at all levels about priorities in health – particularly physical, mental, social and emotional well-being of individuals, communities and society.

Delegates are invited to submit papers which:

• Highlight innovative national and international research, practices, programs and partnerships between health management systems, providers, governments, legal systems, social service agencies, and community organisations
• Consider the strengths of diverse populations through the development of sustainable long - term health care solutions
• Present the needs of carers and consumers and how practice can be modified to meet these needs
