Proposed:

  • To contract a registered nurse to perform health assessments for GPs within the division subject to demand. It is anticipated that the nurse will fill the role of 'practice nurse' for practices (solo or small) that do not have one (a large proportion in our division)
  • EPC incorporated in to falls prevention project
