The Armidale Community Health ACAT are working with the Division
in seeking GPs interested in performing annual health assessments
as part of a patient work-up on patients aged over 75 who
are referred to ACAT and don't have their own local GP. In
this area 80% of referrals to ACAT were not GP-based.
