What are the features of Eyre Care Software?

• The software can stand alone

• The software does not require Medical Director

• MS Word is required for the software

• If using Medical Director, the software can import the patient's demographic data, medications, allergies, health conditions and immunisation status

• If using in conjunction with Medical Director - it does not have to be open

• There are data links between the health assessment, care planning and case conferencing forms

• There is an archive facility which can be reviewed at any time

• A range of reports are available

• It has the ability to export and import data from the program - for example, between a nurses laptop and the surgery computer

The Commonwealth Department of Health and Aged Care have reviewed the program in order to ensure that all requirements are met!

How do you access it?

There will be training sessions in Perth, Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane. Specific dates for each city have not been confirmed but the sessions are anticipated to be at the end of February and beginning of March. Who can attend? The sessions are for Division IT personnel and Division EPC Co-ordinators. Jim Collins, from Eyre Peninsula Division, will do a demonstration on how the forms work and Max Cheung from Pfizer will answer technical questions.
